Nothing much but one or two managers were good only the reason to like but company terminated almost everyone so thats the reason It's almost closing his dark store operation everywhere in india

Dislikes

They don't have commonsense and they didn't give any value to investors money and worst management and whoever working in Dunzo from past 4+ years most of them are cluptrits of for shutting down dunzo and those 4+ years they all are settled in their life they don't need to work any where again because they all made good investors money.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
