The company has one of the best and transparent work culture. It follows an open door policy, and the management is easily accessible. It is open to suggestions. At times the work life balance may go for a toss, however largely the balance can be maintained. Extremely employee friendly. Career growth is good.

The worst company culture. I worked for 4 months under a female manager and she is the most horrible person who used to use words like stupid, which school did you go to? Don’t you know how to dress Don’t you understand maths and other kind of indecent remarks. Wantedly she used to find mistakes and she made sure that I put my papers. If anyone points out she would report them under POSH. Management also used to support her blindly and only listen to her because she was there from 5 years. I was part of CCAM Team, corporates undertaking Third party risk assessment team. Working environment was extremely political and stressful. Despite highlighting it to Regional head, situation did not improved rather worsened. Petty politics.
