Dislikes

Increments and the rate at which the promotion happens. Plus the products are niche and require lot of cold calling and its a concept selling hence, many rounds of meetings is required. Due to which sales incentive is also sometimes troublesome.

My work is mainly comprised of maintaining relationships with exisiting clients which includes banks and Nbfcs majorly and also Corporates. And getting new business from new and existing clients and hence increase the revenue for the company.

I was part of CCAM Team, corporates undertaking Third party risk assessment team. Working environment was extremely political and stressful. Despite highlighting it to Regional head, situation did not improved rather worsened. Petty politics.
