A very good company for a fresher to start a career.. each and every employee is ready to teach and support you..work culture is good..especially for women employees

No matter how hard you work ..you won't be recognized unless and until you butter up the management ..lack of employees entricity..apart from that it is a good to go company for a fresher and not for experienced person

The job was quite interesting during my 1st year in the organization...as I was not given opportunities to wear different hats i felt it as monotonous task nd I was not recognized for my work which reduced my confidence and my involvement in work.
