I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The worst company culture. I worked for 4 months under a female manager and she is the most horrible person who used to use words like stupid, which school did you go to? Don’t you know how to dress Don’t you understand maths and other kind of indecent remarks. Wantedly she used to find mistakes and she made sure that I put my papers. If anyone points out she would report them under POSH. Management also used to support her blindly and only listen to her because she was there from 5 years. Always would pass hurtful remarks and you have to show her proof for every call and show her every email....Read More
