Work-life balance is not good. They want employees to take up initiatives outside of project even if you are allocated 100% on project and already working overtime. This is mandatory only to India employees. Such initiatives are not applicable to outside India employees. Just because we have to show a attendance/participation in these, people do it. There is no value to it. And this shows them how eligible we are for promotion, not the knowledge we have or hard work that is put in....Read More
