The best part about Duck Creek is, it's continuous growing and expanding there business, so employees will get good and quality work and don't feel Job insecurity. Apart from that they provide good compensation benefits to employees, so employee don't need to worry about there financial needs and they get more focused about there job. In this company there is no late sitting and weekend work culture, so employees have good Work-Life balance. Company Culture and Policies are more employee friendly. There is no concept of sandwich holiday so weekend's don't club with vacation hours. Management always encourage to utilize the vacation hours and spend time with family. people working in the services team are very helpful. In general, the employees are really client driven and co-operative. For most of the cases, management appears willing to listen to your problems. Job security is there.

Dislikes

there is no clear eligibility criteria for vertical growth/promotions, the Products in offering uses very old technologies and as such there is very little scope for skill development in latest technologies. Technology diversification is needed. Also, you're always at war to achieve work-life balance which is not good, appraisals are not transparent enough.
