being in product industry each employee should be trained functionally about product. when product is evolving with technology, training for new technology should be in place for all employee and not only product changes training. overview of all products and how they are communicating with each other should be part of training. central forum /repository missing to get answers for all question (partially created - Solution center ) however more information should be put in for internal employee field meaning .functionally -significance of that field -which all services it consumes....Read More

Nothing. Having worked with Infosys, TCS, Datamatics I can say, Duckcreek is far better than any of them in terms of work culture, wok life balance and equal opportunities. The team spirit stays high and there are no politics.

Work culture is good. Company policies are good in terms of mediclaim and insurance. Nice training tutorials for new joiners. Team mates are very supportive. They provide the guidance whenever required.

Dislikes

Salary is not good considering the experience and role. People in same role & experience getting more salary. Some times there is work pressure(14-16 hours) due to which not able to get time with family.

My role is challenging as I have to support both client as well as internal teams in terms of technical guidance. Sometimes it bit hectic as working with multiple customers.

Management, HR team and Managers are supportive in the projects. Finance products those are developed is very much customizable according to the customer requirement. Work culture is excellent, work and personal life is very balanced. Very happy to work with Duck creek every day. Product training is excellent, i had a great experience in learning their platform.
