Providing the laptop for each individual person to work for the company. Appreciating the employee's work achievement in the Town Hall Meeting. An immediate response from the infrastructure team to rectify the employee's issues. Encouraging Individual contribution in our work completion.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high and sometimes working on the weekend also without rest. Sometimes we are working almost 10-12 hours per day if work is more.

Work Details

I am eager to learn new technologies for my company work. And also learning challenging tools from the company side to provide a better solution. With the new technologies, we are trying to migrate our product with the latest technologies.

Work life balance and the company culture is very good here. The management is very much approachable for any reasons.

The WFH benefits is too low compared to other organizations.
