Company work culture & Policies are more employee friendly. Help employee to make work life balance. Employee compensation and appraisals are also appreciable, which motivate employees to give there best. They have good pipelines of projects and have good clients. Employees feel there jobs are secured here, so they consider this company for long run as their career goal.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
