Balanced work life. Seniors are really helpful & they care for each of the team mate. The work culture is really very nice at Duck Creek.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but overall growth in technical aspects is slow, its been 1& half year I'm working here but yet i haven't got all the responsibilities which were discussed to be given to me at the time of interview.

Company policies are very employee friendly. Duckcreek also offers decent increments and is always willing to address problems that an employee is facing.

Dislikes

Sometimes in the starting working with the product becomes a bit tough as less open source data is available about the product.
