Product culture is missing. Also, no hopes for promotions. Opportunities will only be for the people there with Duckcreek for a long time even though they don't perform. To get new opportunities and promotions you have to wait for a minimum of 5 years, no matter how much you perform and this is only for India employees.

Company provides required resources whether it is the laptop or learning courses to enable one to complete his/her job. Companies transport was very effective when we needed to commute to office. I am not able to think of leaving the company anytime down the 5 year. Company provides excellent payout and rewards to employees. Work culture and reachability to the leadership is very much open.

Career growth & Opportunity can be limited because of Product company. Some seniors need a training of effective listening and respecting individuals.
