It's more like family, I never felt like I am working for any organization every day I feel it's like working for the family. DuckCreek cares about their employee more than a family member. Work-life balance is a great thing here. Work satisfaction is excellent. all the upper management people care about each and every level employee, they talk, ask questions, respond to queries.

Dislikes

Everything is great here except for an On-site opportunity, They often send their lower-level team member on-site if the employee is great in his work. an only above lead level employee has a chance to go on-site.
