Guys, it's worst possible company to work for. Especially if you have to develop new market. They cheated me and many with regard to severance settlementa and compensation. The entire lot sucks. They work like a public sector company. Things never move. Myriad of problems. Youngsters should avoid such companies. Dubai Metal Industries is now GRANKRAFT. Probably to cheat many. I worked as kuwait head. My experience was horrible and horrendous. I lost lot of money. They cheated me on many aspects. The appointment letter stated basic salary as 2100 kwd. In the Arabic contract they mentioned 1200 or something to avoid paying indemnity. Please avoid such companies....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
