Extreme work pressure with no target consideration. Unrealistic target expectations. Rude behaviour of TL's. Working for more than 8,9 hours ended up to get marked as halfday . No work life balance. Even after having flexi hours for login. Managers constantly ask employees to login before 9am.

Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale.
