They have some good projects like lidar, 2D, 3D . You can learn more if you are working on above mentioned projects except NSW landxml and Victoria landxml

I have worked in NSW landxml projects, there is nothing to learn because they use own tool for project (QGIS just for reference), so if you try to switch over to another company they never select you . Because of own tool usage . Work will be absolute "DATA ENTRY ". They have some daily target for all projects, if you are not complete that you have to extend your time and complete that, otherwise they will torture you to complete.
