Work environment, the manger/ delhi branch head - she is insecure about her position, find the ways to constantly switch the employees who excel in their job, the doctor - pathetic customer service, patients doesn’t want to come back here, many of them switch their doctor due to terrible treatments to patients had an ordeal.
