I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. there are no pros to talk about.

they announced that no one will be given increment this year due to covid-19 pandemic but the truth is we were regularly working from office till march month and we got work from home in third week of march and from home we were also working. so I don't see any point that we should not get increment. also they lied to us in 2019 increment that company is going through a tough phase so you will surely get good increment next year and this year they have a very strong reason that due to pandemic we can't afford to give increment. but reality is they have saved more during lockdown for example electricity cost they don't have to pay. still they're not ready to give increment. beside all these there is no opportunity to grow your career they're working on very simple and boring projects. and main thing senior employees who has been working there since 7-8 years they don't write a single code and get increment 30-40% yearly. very strange and those who are working honestly doesn't get at least 10% increment. strange but true....Read More
