HR are not employee centric they always do work for higher authority.The policy are worst than the small size companies.managmenet is also worst there is not any thing like team coordination.most of time person don't have any work. Most of time they did not know how what other person is doing and what is progress of task and suddenly they jump of to you and said you that hey, need urgent task do anything but complete this today. Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
