Draphant is only good for Chinese employees, they will never listen to you in any circumstances, whether you are having mind blowing ideas for company's growth or any other task, You will be always under chinese manager who is not even graduate and you have to follow him/her as well no matter there is any point or benefit.

Dislikes

They never count Indians as the part of management, never share anything with them. Most importantly they wont trust you no matter how wise you are how intelligent you are, if you are Indian, then you are nothing for them

Work Details

My profile was good and that is why I stayed there for long time because I was the oldest Indian employee there, but worst thing is that Indians are only taking work advantages we dont exist them for management things
