The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Company follows the flat-management structure, that's the best part I've found at Drabito Technologies. Beside that people at Drabito are just like family. Our CEO is so down to earth, and he is great mentor. Overall, I'm learning a lot at Drabito, not only in work but in other aspects too.

I've started as trainee here, and I'm pretty satisfied with my work. Because I'm learning a new things on daily basis and till now I didn't feel any work pressure. Colleagues are too good, always ready to help, and guides me whenever I did any

There is no management in this company. The management do not prepare themselve for the requirement as these requirements tends to change very frequently. They are never clear of their requirements. Learning is not there so do not join this company ever. All they would do is let u work for their so called product which will never get complete according to their expectations. They will demotivate you for everything by the dialogue that we are paying you a good amount but your productivity is not there. All they would do is calculate your daily work by hours and not by the things you learnt or tried to complete and at the end of the day you will feel sad for not being able to complete the task. The head department, colleagues and especially the learning process of the internship was amazing. The practical work done was the most influential and important part of the learning process. The work environment was quite good, the head of the department were very cooperative. They told the things, made sure that we were comfortable with the environment.
