Dislikes

Compensation is decent and appraisals are not satisfactory. Managers sometimes fail to utilize the unique strengths of there teammates. Higher management do appreciate the sub junior levels but, they go unnoticed during appraisal time.

Work Details

I felt very interesting to work in Dr.Reddy's laboratories. It was a great experience and as my job demands a very challenging and innovative mindset sometimes it becomes difficult to convence people with the type of ideas for department growth purpose.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. You will be treated like a piece of **** HR is just a name because you won’t know who’s your HR or to whom you reach in your difficult time. Dr Reddy's provide cab facility for women employee in shifts home picku and home drop.present situation it is very helpful and secure for women employee's

I faced problem about cab facility at the time I gave a complaint to cab related persons ,they don't take action and even don't try to solve problem also.
