Likes

There is nothing to like about Dr Reddy's. The company failed to bring any meaningful vaccine against Corona Virus despite claiming years of experience and getting R&D rebate from the govt. How do you rate such a poorly managed company.

Dislikes

Constructive feedback Company should produce meaningful vaccine. Living in the past glory of just 2 products Nimusulide and Omeprazole is simply not enough. Showcase prowess if it wants to be known as global. Having a tag of being NYSE listed is simply not enough. Working as a family trust for personal gains is too selfish.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
