Likes

Financial Sound. Scope for diahonal growth. Lot of project can be taken up. Space to execute ideas. There jis good cafeteria.

Dislikes

Despite good HR team with lot of sop, Growth happens prefrrably to near and dear ones. Policies are in books only. While appraisals remains in the hands of few descison makers Lot of digitalised work pressure leads to dissatisfaction to frontliners.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Due to digitalisation and work from home there is no time lines for start and end of the day work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
