Before read my bitter experience with dotmappers better you read Glassdoor reviews, will come to know exactly. Such a worst organization ever. I joined in lock down time and worked for 8 months as a Recruiter, but designation is Recruiter I worked as an outbound call centre guy. All fake promises, they will tell something to get thecandidates onboard, later you will come to know their real face. I fed up calling 100 + candidate in a day and finally stopped working. Don't join and spoil your career it's a waste of time really trust me. I ever have a person who worked more than a year time in Dotmappers, especially in HR. I beleived them but I was not aware that they were fake. You will never get your incentive or variyalble pay, No on time salary, no employee benefits, poor management, they will do all micro management, you will never get your Reliving letter and final settlement.
