Job is more secure than other private companies. You will get to learn and grow a lot. Colleagues will be friendly and supportive.

Upper Management is totally shit. Forget Work-Life Balance, you won't even be able to get proper sleep at night. Not much in terms of promotions and appraisals. Plus no bonuses at all. Salary is decent for freshers.
