I apricate this company just for only one reason and that reason is its my first company and its a base for my career initially.

Dislikes

1-no salary increment 2-toxic work environment 3- No HR support 4-Internal politics which makes people to leave this company. 5-No appreciation 6-No unity 7-Some upper level people is running this company and feeling that they are boss and they can do anything. 8-No salary increment. 9- There are multiple reasons why you should not join this company which I don't want to mention.

Nothing is likeable in this company. Seniors and managers have very bad behaviour with Junior or freshers. And if Junior take stand for himself they were decided terminate him.
