Good working experience and learning knowledge expect branch closing

Opening branch and closing branch by myself for past 3years, it is worst thing morning 8.40AM to night 8.15PM and In our branch 3 set of shutter key available but only myself only closing they keep their key in pouch.Any circular shared for branch should be closed by single person only for past 3years.and another thing teller not changed for 30days once .

The good thing of this organisation I liked is process and due diligence the way they are following every necessary due diligence is very good.

Dislikes

Daily drives makes normal business unseen.

Very bad experience with axis. Culture is not favour wth employee not even female employee. Axis say women is welcome but not comfortable wth women they didn't give transfer as per desire location not even listen problem and not understand.

Very monotonous Working environment is not good , there main objectives is sales and every morning they will harass for not acheiving target plus if you acheive also they will over pressure Salary structure is not good you dont get exact amount they say in HR payroll

I had facing the worst experience in axis bank specially in branch banking , heads rules over the subordinates and treating them like servent they manipulate the assistant and misusing there authorities....
