Very difficult work culture.for executive and upto sen manager all pressure downloaded to them by management. Every day is alog in day and on top of that there is sen magmnt pressure and narrative creates perception which affects the rating and promotion. Rating system is good but very difficult to achive 5 which demands veryhigh number

Ntng I liked about the banking culture .Everything gets Mia balanced no family life when we reach home no one likes to talk to us as it already late night again early morning we need to visit the cluster office 8.30 am in night I don’t understand what would the bank expects us to deliver and

Axis bank has the worst culture they treat employees as their _____ no skill development programmes no value addition to the learning daily login days every day you would be asked to deliver some thing which you are not really prepared of life insurance health insurance axis direct regular sip and mutual funds premium saving account and more of it if you don’t deliver please visit cluster head in evening daily and weekly visit at regional office to circle head and explain there is no preparations nothing only would be asked to deliver this product today and you would need to deliver else you would be torched badly even you being top performer then too you would be asked to deliver more there is no family life no leaves for personal family support I don’t know who has rated the organisation’s as best place to work I think they should take fees back from any branch banking person what it takes to deliver. No values no ethics no transparency only fore-cement . Now banks are agents for life insurance company Company deducts salary whenever they need it not an single month you would know what is your exact salary some insurance deductions in salary would come for 6 months which you are forced to enrolled . Working here is a good option in incentive profile but not good for services.

Dislikes

Operation work is very slow and they dont even have proper process. I don't know how bank has grown so much without good services. Job security is zero. If you are not in a good books then you might loose your job immediately.
