This company was not supported for talented employees only support for religion means only supporting in chowdays persons. Mainly chowdays occupied All the incharges and asst. manger.and the main reason targeting the persons.. and having lot of politics in blocks..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
