Very less leaves.... You have to manage within the available (less) leaves otherwise your increment will postpone a year.. Strick rules rubbing on employes it tests your patience...may be this will be the main reason you may leave from this company. You have to keep quite even a foul language used by your incharge(if you want high hikes). Stress in work is high.....strict timings. If you survive all these above.. You will get very good knowledge on your work and you can do job at any corner on this earth....Read More
