Good work environment, you can reach out to any of the managers if you need help in anything anytime in the office. Safe for both male and female employees as their is no partiality in here. All are treated equally no discrimination on basis of anything.

Dislikes

You can be layed off if you don't work or meet the targets even after getting a remark. So be careful and work correctly. Their is no prior notice of termination I mean, direct termination on spot.

1. No respect towards employees 2. Neither they will appreciate your hardwork nor they will ever understand your problem. 3. Worst management. 4. They can fire you anytime they want without any proper reason. 5. Once you benefitted the company be ready to get fired because you already benefitted them so now they'll hire some fresherat your place at lower salary. 6. Director gets to very personal. 7. Not safe for girls. 8 . If you are not licking some manager's or director's back then you are fired. 9. Zero job security. 10. Don't risk your career here 11. DISYS offers you good amount and fires you immediately and then you'll be searching for an opportunity higher than they had offered you which you aren't going to get. They don't care about anything, the rules and policies changes as per the leadership wish without any logic, there is a lady director with ego issues and a male director with terrible behavior, so avoid going there, they will lure you with huge package but don't get trapped.
