-Manager didn’t even let us stand at our position -Breaks are monitored strictly -Work only if in need of money -Satisfaction is not much -All are there due to some or other -Managers only talk numbers -Health is nothing only few managers are good but all are same getting and diverting pressure on the recruiters even if they are doing their work dedicatedly. -Always manager tries to save their job not of recruiter and threaten them in any way they can , which is not a good culture but toxic…. -Most of people who end working here were those who provided provided company with deals / PO but I don’t think they will be also cared about it much , should really work on practices and improving the pressure and work a little on “””employees mental health””” ,,, all the best disys but still thank you for some miserable but worth lessons of life 😇 don’t think employees are against sometimes all they need is regard and respect...Read More

worst work culture, no job security even if u r doing good and causing no trouble. They will find a small senseless reason and fire you the very next minute. And most importantly they have the most arrogant HR who are just satisfying their egos. They will make you do overtime like everyday, sometime we were working for 12 -13 hr straight.
