Poor HR poor team leader politics flop cab system in Pune vendor management is the poorest let the company be 20 years old they will never grow keeping the employee happy they lay off people without reason and they force people to work on weekends as well as instead of 8-9 hours shift they force to extend till 14 hours shift

Actually nothing good. It’s hard to find a positive in such a toxic overall work culture and atmosphere which is promoted and glorified by the management. Dirty politics is another big drawback.

There is no job security in disys they hire and fire employees without any solid reason, work environment is so pressuring, management is not supportive at all and there is no specific company policy they all are biased. Very unprofessional company.

Some of the seniors are good. Good for learning that is also because of some of the trainers. Salary is good. Very few managers are supportive.

No work life balance. Shift ends at 3a.m. but will never leave you before 3:45 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Too much work pressure. No job security at all. Politics at it’s peak and the ones licking a## will survive longer others going to be kicked out. They will say work only for the shifts you’re allotted but will never let you go even if you’ve met your targets. Will never give you leaves until and unless you’re sick that too go one day and show it to them that you’re sick so that you can take leave for the next day. No holidays you need to work on holi diwali etc etc only holidays you’ll be getting on is Christmas and a few in the whole year. Good work environment, you can reach out to any of the managers if you need help in anything anytime in the office. Safe for both male and female employees as their is no partiality in here. All are treated equally no discrimination on basis of anything.

Dislikes

You can be layed off if you don't work or meet the targets even after getting a remark. So be careful and work correctly. Their is no prior notice of termination I mean, direct termination on spot.
