Personal growth. As other mentioned about high work load, it's not work load but challenges are high. But if you can learn the basics, reaching your targets can be just done in a week. Moreover the company pays you bonus once you overachieve your targets.

Dislikes

Working on Saturdays. Since its a startup, they have mentioned they will change it to a 5-day workweek soon.

I don't have anything to like.. In the name of learning new things they just assign you lot of work. Yet they don't appreciate or recognise your work ever! HR is the worst

They give you loads of work..they make you work out of the terms for work which is not even in papers still they don't pay you for the basic even! They can't see your work! They give you bigger commitments but at the end you only get ditched..I have seen many employees go out in a month! I don't even understand why they hire & why they fire them!
