As a project coordinator, I learned a lot from this entire organisation. There would be some moments when I stuck with assigned challenges as an fresher but as an encouraging work culture , helpful senior management it always produced the best results. Even sometimes as an fresher when I was unable to met my entire targets, in that case as well the organisation never deducted any of my stipend. Best company ever!!! Chance to learn new subjects and develop very strong core theoretical concepts.

Dislikes

You will be getting very less time to get accustomed to the respective subjects you are assigned with. For example, I was given to solve the problems of statistical thermodynamics of which I didn't have any idea and I was told to solve the problem of chapter 10 on the very first day which I couldn't. Hence if you don't know about the subject previously you won't be able to fulfill the targets.

The work culture is good and flexible enough. But growth is very very limited.

Dislikes

Main issue is there is absolutely no job security. They don't have projects in hands, they are not paying full salaries, so overall the experience wasn't nice.
