Very cooperative colleagues and leads. If you join as a fresher they will teach you everything as they are your teacher not your boss.

Dislikes

Overall appraisal is less as compared to your basic salary. They do not take care of their valued or high quality employees and tries to balance all the employees equally. If you work more than rest of others, then they will put extra work load on you always not others. However most of the time they compensate this work load with paying extra most of the times.

I liked my Job Role . It's pleasure to work. Always cheering staff, also motivated and encouragement.

Salary was not getting on time always delay. Lots of work before and after working time schedule. Some of defective system doesn't work properly.
