basically I am a tool design engineer in diligent so I have designed press tools (forming tools), Indexing Fixtures etc. also I have worked in tool assembly dept. & I have worked on VPP inspection for component analysis.

-Employees has no freedom to improve, restricted by rules and silly questions. -Management level is filled by less knowledgeable employees.
