I applied for an SME position through LinkedIn at Digituala. It was all going well until they started to treat the initial sample test for selection as an entire project in itself. They asked me to revise the "test" multiple times and arranged 2 review calls as well. In the Google Meet, they specifically instructed me to not ask anything from the client and simply answer their questions. It all seemed very sketchy to me and I decided to check out their reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. I finally withdrew my application and their HRs started spamming me with calls and messages about why do I not want to continue with the whole circus. They sent me a voice message asking to call the HR Manager Diksha, because she apparently wanted to "talk" to me once. Too much work, very less compensation, extra work after hours without extra pay. The salary is given one month late and even that you have to call again and again. No company culture, very bad experience in general.

I have joined as an intern for 3 months. Received my payment only for 2 months. Third month payment and incentives are Pending (around 25k is the pending amount) After the completion of the internship they ask you to join as full time SME with a low salary. If you do not consider this, they will not pay the lat month internship amount and incentives for the 3 months. At the beginning of internship they provide a work agreement sheet saying that the incentives are paid at the end of the internship. There will be daily target and they will ask you to work double after one week of your work, and say that the extra work will be paid as incentive. But never paid the amount.
