The work here at DWAO is mostly a sole player. You are not required to come to the office daily. It's permanent work from home and you must work alone and understand things at your level. You can complete the tasks given by clients directly. You are not restricted to follow any standard procedures.

Talking in terms of work culture: I'm sorry to say but there is no work culture here at DWAO. In a quarter there are team visits where each team are required to come to the office for 1 week and then go back to normal work. Your office would be your home. Salary: Not competent and you will be hired for much lower brackets. They payyou peanuts and you work for what it is not worth it. Salary is way below standards. Promotions: You will not be promoted in a year or anything like that. You will be at a constant pace and stay the same for a few years. There will be a bond period of 3 years that will be signed on offer for freshers and a bond amount of 7 lakhs INR to be recovered on exiting. They ask because their training cost is that much. Job Security: Not adequate, if you don't perform. On 2 chances you will be asked to leave the organisation. Overall, my experience with DWAO has been really positive.The company has a great work culture that fosters collaboration, and the leadership team is approachable and open to feedback. While there are definitely challenges, like in any growing company, I appreciate the management is transparent and actively works to address issuesas they arise. The team is diverse and its clear that there is strong focus on innovation and learning. The work life is good however at times it can get really hectic when the workload can get intense. Working at DWAo has been incredible experience. The company offers dynamic environment for learning and growth.The team which i was part of has talented professionals who helped me learn and grow. The leadership is approachable but i feel they can do more to make them more approachable.

Dislikes

Onboarding experience can be made a bit better so initially it can be bit confusing however in 2-3 weeks you start feeling fully aligned and onboarded. At time i felt that we should have more in person events.

The only good thing about DWAO is their work balance, no one from office will call you after 7 pm (sometimes it can happen) but that's completely manageable. Though client will call you at any time for thier work and if it gets delayed you will hear it from manager and the mighty "CEO or COO". Rest everything is bad here, you can see my review under Con section.

There are many points which everyone should consider before joining this organisation. 1. Extremely toxic management. COO doesn't have any knowledge about the products and always wants to micromanage, put his decision over everyone without hearing any suggestions from anyone. 2. They don't have any major clients and project. They always claims that they have many clients in pipeline but honestly they don't have any major client and because of this they make their employees to be on bench and fire. 3. Regular firings without giving any specific reason. 4. Non responsive HR team. Actually everything is managed by COO, so head HR cannot make decisions on thier own, they need to take approval of everything (whether its basic HR decision like festival celebration or a escalation mail to certain employee). COO will tell them to send mail. 5. Extremely toxic work culture with no scope of growth. Everyone consultant is waiting for their bond period to get over so that they can be eligible to switch. 6. Bond structure for consultant. You need to spend 3.6 years before leaving the organisation or if you try to break the bond, you will need to pay the entire CTC amount (which is extremely high). 7. Even if you try to abscond, they will not clear background verification and if by any chance they will get to know which organisation you joined they will send a mail to the new organisation with all the details. 8. No perks and benefits, you will not get any bill reimbursement, any diwali/new year gifts, very less health insurance for self.
