Overall, my experience with DWAO has been really positive.The company has a great work culture that fosters collaboration, and the leadership team is approachable and open to feedback. While there are definitely challenges, like in any growing company, I appreciate the management is transparent and actively works to address issuesas they arise. The team is diverse and its clear that there is strong focus on innovation and learning. The work life is good however at times it can get really hectic when the workload can get intense.
