They pay comparitevely ok to growth trainees. and colleagues are nice ppl.

Dislikes

The company doesnt have work to give to their employees, they keep giving stupid tasks bcuz they cant see you sit idle. they will ask to find tools, or partners, or other info which they have no intention of using. and when u ask for an appraisal the founder will give u a blank cheque, making u feel like u are worthless and begging for money u dont deserve. they play very dirty politics with very straight forward, simple people. they have no inner soul, no empathy, no sense of direction for the company. it is like working in the kingdom of a mad king, no one can say truth to him, everyone only agrees to what he says, and thats the only way to stay in the company, keep agreeing and saying yes, bcuz the founder doesnt like hearing no, or anyone who doesnt agree with him. everything is urgent in the growth team, u will keep on chasing distant dreams, whatevr is buzzing in terms of the market u will be asked to work on that immediately and then it will b e forgotten like ur work, and ultimately, there is no training provided to freshers. and no work life balance at all. they expect u to run your household in gurgaon with less than 30 k rs and when u ask for appraisal they give u 2k appraisal, saying why are u fighting for money, here take a blank cheque and fill it. like u are cheap if u ask for money and he is big hearted to give u money. these are one of the nasty tactics they play, among so many others. everyone has already left or is leaving, the people they are hiring are all people who would not argue and keep their head down and keep doing as they are told. they need machines, who dont ask for raise, dont complain, keep working 24x7, dont have a brain. so no its not a good learning experience....Read More

Dislikes

Gender ratio - 90% male employee, dominant work culture, boss culture, top management is one person who handles everything like policy, decisions and all. Work life balance is not good, you need to work overtime daily and also you need to work on weekends because you need to finish work and that work can't be finished in 9 working hours.
