Digital Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Growth/ Digital Sales Manager to expand our client base and drive B2B sales through strategic prospecting and relationship building. This role is field-oriented, requiring the candidate to spend most of their time meeting potential clients, utilizing existing client databases, and identifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

• Identify and prospect new clients through market research, networking, and leveraging the existing client database.
• Conduct B2B meetings to present company services, address client needs, and acquire new business.
• Discover and implement innovative ways to generate hot and relevant leads.
• Generate qualified leads and ensure their smooth progression through the sales funnel.
• Actively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and enhance visibility.

2. Partnership Development:

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to complement business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
• Provide creative and strategic solutions to expand partnerships and business opportunities.

3. Sales Planning & Strategy:

• Create and execute a structured sales plan to achieve business goals across target industries.
• Regularly update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report results to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.

4. Market Insights & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
• Provide detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and market insights to inform decision-making.

What We Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is an advantage.

• Sales expertise: Proven ability to prospect, nurture leads, and close deals.

• Comfortable with frequent travel (50% or more) to meet clients and attend industry events.
