About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded professional to join our team. Your role will require you to work directly with the CEO & COO at Digidarts. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying growth opportunities, working on innovative ideas, and contributing to the overall success of the business

We believe that the level of work one does is only limited by ones own capabilities and hence we are looking at hiring an overqualified Executive, who is also comfortable taking up executive-like tasks.

What Youll Do

1. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the founders and executive team to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and goals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

2. Innovation and New Ideas:

• Lead brainstorming sessions and cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas.
• Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new business concepts.
• Work closely with the product and technology teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.

3. Business Development:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Drive initiatives to expand the company's market presence and reach.

4. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of potential business initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and financial models to support decision-making processes.

5. Operational Efficiency:

• Collaborate with department heads to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

6. Risk Management:

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

7. Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present strategic plans and progress reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Ensure effective communication of strategic objectives to the entire organization.
