Opening For the position of Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage Sr. Managements calendar and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the director.
• Keep a track of Expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Uphold a Strict Level of Confidentiality

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be excellent in communications
• Multi lingual.
• Well versed in MS Office.
