Female Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule Management:
   Organize and prioritize the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.
2. Travel Coordination:
   Handle domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
3. Communication:
   Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
4. Meeting & Event Support:
   Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in organizing events, presentations, and workshops.
5. Client Interaction:
   Coordinate meetings and serve as the Directors point of contact with stakeholders.
6. Travel-Ready:
   Be available for business travel as needed, including to Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Requirements:
• Valid passport.
• Background in digital marketing automation preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Highly organized, discreet, and professional.
