Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations across personal, professional, and family domains to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring no conflicts.
o Provide timely reminders and maintain a well-organized calendar.
2. Travel Coordination
o Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
o Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel logistics.
3. Communication Management
o Draft, proofread, and format documents and presentations.
4. Task & Time Management
o Maintain a comprehensive task list and ensure timely follow-ups.
o Help prioritize daily, weekly, and long-term tasks to optimize productivity.
5. Administrative Support
o Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
o Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
6. Report Coordination
o Consolidate and review reports from all functional heads.
o Highlight key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for leadership review.
7. Home & Family Management
o Oversee household maintenance, including AMCs for appliances and coordinating repairs.
o Manage family scheduling, including vacations, health check-ups, and school activities.
o Liaise with vendors for household supplies and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
o Organize family events and celebrations, from planning to execution.
8. Dispatch & Logistics
o Handle couriers, dispatches, and delivery tracking for personal and professional needs.
9. Personal Errands
o Manage tasks such as purchasing gifts, running errands, and coordinating with household staff.
10. Event Coordination
o Assist with organizing professional meetings, corporate events, and personal celebrations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with scheduling, project management, and task-tracking tools.
