Family Company, good for old employees (Confront Zone(. Chairman managing the company remotely so the few Head of the Departments are just doing whatever they want and they are spoiling the Company Core Values. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join the company, There are many problems Such as Salary Delay (Mostly 3-4months), HR/AdminHead holds the maximum company's Power and take the decisions without consulting with Operational Heads (Procurement, Operations, other departments). Few HODs are too much toxic that you can't Work with them. Salary Scale is very low as per the Qatar Market Standard. Doka Qatar is one of the worst place to work with. Although it’s a MNC but internal politics is very high. It has a high lobby of Philipino and they will never allow to work or grow either. My boss was also not good at all. She never provided me works and never allowed me to use my skills. If you want to use your skills and knowledge, no one will take it in a positive way. You cannot use your brain neither you are allowed to use your ideas. My experience in that company is worst mostly for the Indians.
