If you are good at chamchagiri then it's a perfect place to work. Honesty and hard work are just for donkey people here. Hardworking employees are treated like donkey. Overall experience is good but from last 2 years things are becoming more complicated as there is change in management and policies of company. The current management treat employees like slaves. So it's better not to spoil future by joining J mitra & co
