Work culture is all about leg pulling and blaming each other. Pathetic place to work with no overall growth as this is a division of J Mitra & co. pvt Ltd. jaisa raaja waisi praja. If you are good at chamchagiri then it's a perfect place to work. Honesty and hard work are just for donkey people here. Hardworking employees are treated like donkey. There is no words like dislike in the dictionary of sales job. Expection cannot be fulfilled, that is my personal view about dislike.

Work Details

I never make my routines a chains. I break the chains when there is a need. I have to look the distributor sales , super distributor inventory . Liquidation of the products, timely payments to superdistributor as per policies. Overall it's a challenging .
